More info
Tube gauze is a soft cotton fabric consisting of loosely woven threads.
The material is used to make the inside of a flexible tube or hollow cylinders of ductile material such as foam.
The mesh is almost always made of cotton which is exposed to special chemicals, which decompose all traces of wax, greases and other moisture withdrawal elements.
This allows cotton to both protect the skin and absorb liquid to quickly pull away from open wounds to minimize the risk of contamination.
