Mepilex is an absorbent foam dressing for the treatment of a wide range of chronic and acute wounds. Its highly absorbent properties ensure efficient management of wound exudate. Each Mepilex wound dressing is provided with Safetac, a silicone contact layer that minimizes pain. This allows the dressing to be easily removed without damaging the skin. In addition, Safetac seals the wound edges so that the skin is protected against damage caused by leakage and maceration. Mepilex can be cut to size as required.
